    Why did I not receive my goods in a package?

    Due to delivery delays, some items may be delayed, in these cases we make partial deliveries so that you can thus receive and use the majority of your goods earlier. Of course, the rest of the order will be sent to you as soon as possible.

    We accept orders by e-mail, fax or via the online shop. Orders placed by telephone will not be accepted.

    You are welcome to try on your desired items in our showroom by prior arrangement and appointment.

    Yes, but the shipping costs for the return are not covered by us. In addition, goods that are not wanted by you must be returned within 10 days.

    You send us your desired logo and receive feedback from us as to whether this is possible. We will then send you a proof (a sample), after you have approved this, the embroidery/printing of the goods will take place.
